Returns & Exchange Policy

Damaged Items: We take great pride in packing everything a little over the top. If for some reason something arrives damaged please send us a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of receipt. We will be sure to issue you a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.

Late Items: All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking, unless other arrangements are made prior to shipment. Please request a custom order for any expedited service. We do not accept opened or used product returns for items that are delayed due to carrier transit time.

Custom Orders: All custom orders, including engraving items, are non-refundable.
