FAQ

We ship out all non-custom orders next business day. Custom engraved orders take 5-7 business days depending on quantity and how many orders we have processing that week plus normal shipping time via USPS.

All orders shipping within the U.S. will be shipped by USPS and on average take 2-3 business days to arrive. Please check your tracking information for your order with USPS if your shipment does not arrive within this time frame.

International Shipping varies by carrier. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping outside of the U.S.

We currently only accept 100% black and white JPEG files for custom engraving. Visit our Engraving Template Instructions page for full details.

We do not currently offer engraving options for our 4×6 or 5×7 Wood Boxes. This is on our list of priorities so please stay tuned for details! 

We do not currently offer engraving for our Mirror USB Drives.

Windows 7 and up OS 10 and up

• Plug the USB drive in to your windows machine.

• Open the Computer Window

• Right click on the drive

• Select “Format”

• Select exFAT or FAT32 from the drop down

• Click “Start”

Mac OS 10.10 and up

• Plug the USB drive in to your mac.

• Open “Disk Utilities” from your Applications folder

• Select the USB drive on the left. (Double check you have selected the correct USB Flash drive b)before proceeding)

• Select “Erase” tab on right

• Select: “exFAT” or “MS-DOS (FAT)” (for FAT32) in drop down menu
• Click “Erase”

Accidents happen upon shipping and delivery on occasion and we are happy to help when this occurs. Please e-mail us at info@photographersupplyco.com and let us know how it was damaged as well as send some photos of the damaged product for our records. We will get you our a new product as quickly as possible.

We are currently in transition of offices and do not allow local pick up at this time. When we get settled in our new office we would LOVE all of our local clients to visit our shop and pick up orders. Stay tuned!

We at PSCo offer products at our lowest rate possible for the photography community. Because of this we do not currently offer sample discounts on our products. Please reach out to info@photograhersupplyco.com if you have any questions about our products not found on our website.
