How long does it take to receive my order?
We ship out all non-custom orders next business day. Custom engraved orders take 5-7 business days depending on quantity and how many orders we have processing that week plus normal shipping time via USPS
How long does a package take to ship?
All orders shipping within the U.S. will be shipped by USPS and on average take 2-3 business days to arrive. Please check your tracking information for your order with USPS if your shipment does not arrive within this time frame.
International Shipping varies depending on carrier. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping outside of the U.S.
Can I pick up my order locally?
We are currently in transition of offices and do not allow local pick up at this time. When we get settled in our new office we would LOVE all of our local clients to visit our shop and pick up orders. Stay tuned!
How do I submit a custom engraved order?
Please visit our Custom Engraving Instructions page for detailed instructions (including video) on submitting your custom engraved artwork. You will also find our submission form on this page.
What type of files do you accept for custom engraving?
We currently only accept 100% black and white JPEG files for custom engraving. Visit our Custom Engraving Instructions page for full details.
Do you engrave 4×6 and 5×7 wood boxes?
We do not currently offer engraving options for our 4×6 or 5×7 Wood Boxes. This is on our list of priorities so please stay tuned for details!
Do you engrave mirror USB drives?
We do not currently offer engraving for our Mirror USB Drives.
Do you personalize/engrave Book Cloth Boxes?
We do not currently stamp/emboss our Book Cloth Boxes.
My USB won’t work, what do I do?
We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your USB drive. We do format all our USB drives before shipping but recommend our customers format USB drives for the intended operating system. We format all our drives as exFAT which is accessible on both Windows and Mac operating systems.
How do I format a USB drive?
Windows 7 and up OS 10 and up
• Plug the USB drive into your windows machine.
• Open the Computer Window
• Right click on the drive
• Select “Format”
• Select exFAT or FAT32 from the drop down
• Click “Start”
Mac OS 10.10 and up
• Plug the USB drive into your mac.
• Open “Disk Utilities” from your Applications folder
• Select the USB drive on the left. (Double check you have selected the correct USB Flash Drive before proceeding)
• Select “Erase” tab on right
• Select: “exFAT” or “MS-DOS (FAT)” (for FAT32) in the drop-down menu
• Click “Erase”
There is something wrong with my order, what do I do?
Please let us know if anything is wrong with your order as soon as possible by reaching out to us at email@example.com. If anything is damaged please send us photos for our records.
My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
Accidents happen upon shipping and delivery on occasion and we are happy to help when this occurs. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know how it was damaged as well as send some photos of the damaged product for our records. We will get you our a new product as quickly as possible.
I would love to be a featured photographer through your Photographer Spotlight interview, how do I apply?
We would love to learn more about your photography business and have the opportunity to feature you on our blog. If you feel the photography community could learn and grow from learning about your business please e-mail us your website and instagram account and we will consider your submission for publication.
Does PSCo offer sample discounts?
Because certain print/album/canvas companies create completely customized products they allow photographers to purchase their products at a sample price to allow you to check out their products. We at PSCo offer items that may be purchased without customization at a low price, therefore there is no need for a discount.
